Have You Started Your Journal Prompts & Affirmations?

I just wanted to check in and see if you've started using your journal prompts and affirmations. If you haven’t, I really want to encourage you to begin, starting tomorrow would be a great step!

Taking a few minutes each day to reflect through journaling and speak life through affirmations can truly shift your mindset. It’s one of the most powerful ways to stay connected with yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions.

More importantly, it helps you tune in to who God created you to be. In a world that constantly tries to define us by its own standards, these small but intentional practices help you return to your true identity, grounded in purpose, clarity, and faith.

So take that step. You don’t need to have all the answers. Just show up for yourself one page, one word, one affirmation at a time. You’ll be amazed at what begins to unfold from within.

I’m rooting for you always 💛

P.S.: there’s so much more to come!

In my next email, I’ll be sharing some powerful resources to help you grow even deeper in your walk with God, they are:
📍 My personal one-hour prayer plan
📍 A Bible-in-One-Year study guide
📍 Fresh declarations
📍 More affirmations to uplift your spirit

So be sure to keep an eye on your inbox, you won’t want to miss it!

With love,
Fisayo Patrick
